SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the Netherlands, throughout Europe, and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 17:00 (5PM CET) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00, or on weekends and holidays, ship on the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free shipping on orders of €50 or more. If your order total is below €50, standard shipping rates apply. You’ll see any shipping fees at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Within Europe, you can typically expect delivery in 1–3 business days. International shipping times may vary, but we always aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Absolutely. We accept returns on any unopened, sealed products within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy (usually within 14 days of receiving your order). Once the seal is broken or the product is used, we cannot accept a return for hygiene and quality control reasons.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned product to ensure it’s still sealed and in its original condition, we’ll process your refund. This typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
