Terms and Conditions of MENPURITY
1. Definitions
Customer: the person who makes a purchase through the MENPURITY online store.
Products: the hair products offered by MENPURITY in the online store.
2. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from MENPURITY and to all agreements concluded with MENPURITY.
3. Offer The products are described as fully and truthfully as possible. Images are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Payment
Payment must be made prior to the shipment of the products.
Customers can pay using the payment methods offered on our website.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Products will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Customers have the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.
The costs of return shipping are to be borne by the customer.
7. Liability MENPURITY cannot be held liable for any damage, whether physical, material, or immaterial, resulting from the defective functioning or incorrect use of the sold products.

Shipping Policy
Order Verification
Please ensure all details are correctly filled in before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Orders with incomplete delivery addresses will be processed as returns and refunded.
Shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the same day whenever possible.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the track & trace details of your package.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
Netherlands: 1-2 working days
€5.95 per package, free for orders over £50
Packages are sent and delivered by Post NL. If you are not at home during delivery, a new delivery attempt will be made, or your package will be left at a nearby Post NL collection point.
Post NL often leaves a notification if you are not present, so please check your track & trace details for the latest updates.
If a package is not collected from the Post NL collection point, it will automatically be returned for processing as a return and refunded after a certain period.
Around holidays, order processing and delivery may be delayed due to high volumes in our warehouse and at Post NL. Please consider this and place your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery for the holidays.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We will ship your order within 1 day. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 business days. Keep an eye on your tracking information for the most up-to-date information about your delivery.
Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Yes! Our product line is designed for a wide range of hair types. We recommend reading the product descriptions or contacting us for specific advice.
How can I return my items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MENPURITY, we make the returns process as easy as possible for you:
- Register your return: Send an email to store@menpurtiy.nl within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for return.
- Pack your items: Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging. If possible, include the original invoice or packing slip.
- Send your return: Send the items back to De Bleek 37, 5801 MC Venray. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.
- Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 7 working days.
