Order Verification
Please ensure all details are correctly filled in before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Orders with incomplete delivery addresses will be processed as returns and refunded.
Shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the same day whenever possible.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the track & trace details of your package.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
Netherlands: 1-2 working days
€5.95 per package, free for orders over £50
Packages are sent and delivered by Post NL. If you are not at home during delivery, a new delivery attempt will be made, or your package will be left at a nearby Post NL collection point.
Post NL often leaves a notification if you are not present, so please check your track & trace details for the latest updates.
If a package is not collected from the Post NL collection point, it will automatically be returned for processing as a return and refunded after a certain period.
Around holidays, order processing and delivery may be delayed due to high volumes in our warehouse and at Post NL. Please consider this and place your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery for the holidays.
