How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We will ship your order within 1 day. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 business days. Keep an eye on your tracking information for the most up-to-date information about your delivery.
Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Yes! Our product line is designed for a wide range of hair types. We recommend reading the product descriptions or contacting us for specific advice.
How can I return my items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MENPURITY, we make the returns process as easy as possible for you:
- Register your return: Send an email to store@menpurtiy.nl within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for return.
- Pack your items: Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging. If possible, include the original invoice or packing slip.
- Send your return: Send the items back to De Bleek 37, 5801 MC Venray. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.
- Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 7 working days.
Please note: some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please see our return policy for more information.
How can I make an appointment at the hairdresser?

What payment methods do you accept?
• All major credit cards as shown at checkout
• PayPal: If you don't have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
• iDeal
Please note: Your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Post NL tracking number. With this number you can track the progress and expected delivery date of your package on the Post NL website. If you experience any problems tracking your order or if you have not received a tracking number, please feel free to contact us.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €4.95. However, for orders over €50 we offer free shipping.
